How To Make Beer Bread

Everyone likes bread. And the best part? It’s so easy to make. A little flour, a little sugar, a little salt, a dash of baking powder. If you can turn on an oven, a passible loaf is firmly within your grasp.

For a unique twist, try adding beer to your recipe. In the video above, we used a Hop Nosh IPA from Uinta Brewing Company, though pilsners and stouts also work well. Beer Bread Recipe

The Ingredients

3 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
12 oz beer
1/4 cup butter, melted
Cooking spray

The Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a bread pan with cooking spray.
Gently mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and beer until throughly combined.
Pour the batter into the bread pan.
Pour melted butter over the batter.
Bake for 1 hour.
Take out of the oven and let sit for five minutes. Remove and let cool before serving.
